Every deposit and every mining reward is recorded on the Pearl blockchain. That means you can check the status yourself, without waiting for us — and it means a transaction that exists on-chain cannot be lost.
Step 1 — Look it up on the explorer
- Open the Pearl block explorer: https://explorer.pearlresearch.ai/
- Search for your
prl1p…address, or paste the transaction ID if the sender gave you one.
What you find tells you what's happening:

Step 2 — If nothing appears
For a deposit from someone else or from an exchange
- Confirm the receiving address. Compare it character by character with what you gave the sender. PRL sent to a different address cannot be reversed or recovered by us.
- Ask the sender for the transaction ID. If they can't produce one, the transaction was never broadcast.
- If it came from an exchange, check the withdrawal status in your exchange account. Exchanges often hold withdrawals for their own review before broadcasting, and that delay is on their side, not ours.
For mining rewards
- Check your mining address. Rewards go to the address you configured with
--miningaddr, which may not be the address you're checking. - Confirm your miner is producing blocks. Rewards arrive when you mine a block, not on a fixed schedule.
- Rewards vary. If you're receiving less than you expected rather than nothing at all, see How compute package rewards are calculated.
How long should it take?
Pearl produces a block roughly every 194 seconds (about 3 minutes 14 seconds). A transaction broadcast to the network normally appears in the next block or two. If something has been missing for more than an hour and doesn't appear on the explorer, it's worth a ticket.
